Root Caused: This issue happen because Cisco UC license over use/deploy. It cause some of the features disabled.
Solution: Resolve the license over use issue. You are unable to housekeep the license after 90 days grace period.
1. Increase the number of license. Purchase or request Cisco for Demo license to housekeep the license.
2. After license compliant, go to Advanced Features > Cisco Cloud Onboarding.
3. Check the Enabled Push Notifications > Generate Voucher > Save.
